環境介紹

大吧檯:用阿里山千年神檜原木一體打造而成的板前檯面,不經過上漆,直接以最天然的面目呈現在眼前,全店散發出最天然的檜木幽香,搭配手工塗抹的硅藻土牆面,呈現出如大海般的柔和與澎湃並存的環境,真正達到視覺、味覺、嗅覺得完美平衡

Main Sushi Bar: The bar is made of millennium Cypress wood deriving from Mount Alishan in Taiwan. The restaurant exudes natural fragrance with Wara Juraku Japanese Stucco walls applied by hand. Much like the sea, the restaurant provides a perfect balance of sight, taste, and smell.

茶室:適合4~6人坐席的茶室,採用經典日式榻榻米座位,大師的手工陶藝與日本南部鐵器水壺,可用餐,亦可品茗

Tea Room: The Tea Room is suitable for 4-6 people. It features classical Japanese tatami seating, masterful craftsmanship, and a traditional iron kettle from southern Japan. Meals can also be served in the Tea Room.

小吧檯:壽司板前的縮小板,板前職人專人料理,手製日本赤鬼系列餐具及杯盤,讓4~6人的聚餐在獨立的包廂中亦可享用板前壽司的精湛視覺享受

Sushi Bar: A petite version of our main Sushi Bar with your own personal chef. It is decorated with hand-made Red Oni series tableware so that a dinner of 4-6 people can enjoy the superior visuals to complete the meal.
